The latter is not mandatory but is highly recommended.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash.<\/p><p>First payment: 30% upon confirmation of the reservation. Second payment: 70% four weeks before arrival.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Cancellations must be made via registered letter or email. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to occupancy: 25% of the total rental price.<\/p><p>Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to occupancy: 100% of the total rental price.<\/p><p>We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid these costs.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>ARRIVAL<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You can check into the holiday home between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If it is not possible for you to check in at the specified time, please contact us.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Departure must take place before 10:00 a.m.<\/p><p>The holiday home must be left in the same condition as it was found (clean, tidy, and free of accumulated rubbish). The security deposit will be refunded to your account one week after the departure date, following an inspection of the property&#8217;s condition. Electricity usage costs will be deducted from this amount.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong>DEPOSIT PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>This amount depends on the type of accommodation. The security deposit serves to ensure that the holiday home\u2014including its furnishings and contents\u2014is used properly and left in good condition upon departure.<\/p><p>The specific amount is stated on the booking form; the deposit is fully refundable unless the property is not left in the same condition as it was found.<\/p><p>Guests must report any issues regarding the holiday home to the office within the first 48 hours of their stay. This allows a solution to be found promptly.<\/p><p>Failure to do so implies that the guests consider the property to be in perfect condition.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong>FINAL CLEANING<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Final cleaning is mandatory. This amount is specified on the reservation form.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong>ADDITIONAL FACILITIES<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Extra bed: \u20ac85\/week<\/p><p>Extra baby cot: \u20ac25\/week<\/p><p>Extra high chair: \u20ac25\/week<\/p><p>Pets: \u20ac50 per booking (on request)<\/p><p>We ask that you remove the trash, clean the barbecue, and leave the property tidy. Otherwise, the following charges will apply and be deducted from the security deposit: \u20ac20 per trash bag; \u20ac60 for failure to clean the barbecue; \u20ac25\/hour for additional cleaning.\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong>TERMS OF USE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected.<\/li><li>Making noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM onwards.<\/li><li>Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
