Gelegen in Altea Hills met uitzicht op zee! Een riant terras op het zuiden, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een woonkamer met slaapbank. De keuken is voorzien van alle denkbare luxe apparaten en er is tevens een kleine bijkeuken. Het gehele appartement is voorzien van verwarming en airconditioning.
Er zijn 2 infinity pools, een kinderspeelplaats en een gratis padelbaan. In de ondergelegen parkeergarage is een eigen parkeerplaats die ook via de lift toegankelijk is.

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.
We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
