The apartment is very cozy and warm. The owners are polite, pleasant, and attentive. The apartment is bright with large, comfortable beds, good mattresses, and pillows—we slept very well. 1. PAYMENT

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.
