- PRICE INVOICE
Included: Fully equipped accommodation; all costs associated with the holiday home (VAT, local taxes, community fees, tourist taxes); bed linen and towels; water and electricity for common areas; final cleaning; as well as maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pools and gardens.
Excluded: Extra beds, cots, high chairs, additional cleaning services, extra linen service, electricity (charged per kWh), administrative fees, and cancellation insurance. The latter is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
- PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash.
First payment: 30% upon confirmation of the reservation. Second payment: 70% four weeks before arrival.
- CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made via registered letter or email. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to occupancy: 25% of the total rental price.
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to occupancy: 100% of the total rental price.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid these costs.
- ARRIVAL
You can check into the holiday home between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If it is not possible for you to check in at the specified time, please contact us.
- DEPARTURE
Departure must take place before 10:00 a.m.
The holiday home must be left in the same condition as it was found (clean, tidy, and free of accumulated rubbish). The security deposit will be refunded to your account one week after the departure date, following an inspection of the property’s condition. Electricity usage costs will be deducted from this amount.
- DEPOSIT PAYMENT
This amount depends on the type of accommodation. The security deposit serves to ensure that the holiday home—including its furnishings and contents—is used properly and left in good condition upon departure.
The specific amount is stated on the booking form; the deposit is fully refundable unless the property is not left in the same condition as it was found.
Guests must report any issues regarding the holiday home to the office within the first 48 hours of their stay. This allows a solution to be found promptly.
Failure to do so implies that the guests consider the property to be in perfect condition.
- FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning is mandatory. This amount is specified on the reservation form.
- ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
Extra bed: €85/week
Extra baby cot: €25/week
Extra high chair: €25/week
Pets: €50 per booking (on request)
We ask that you remove the trash, clean the barbecue, and leave the property tidy. Otherwise, the following charges will apply and be deducted from the security deposit: €20 per trash bag; €60 for failure to clean the barbecue; €25/hour for additional cleaning.
- TERMS OF USE
- The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected.
- Making noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM onwards.
- Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Failure to do so gives Rents by Grietje the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect.
- Children count as adults.
- Pets are not allowed (with certain exceptions).
Waste must be disposed of in the nearest designated containers. - If the gas runs out, guests must notify us so that the supply can be replenished as soon as possible.
- Water is scarce; please do not waste it.
- IF THERE IS FAILURE TO FULFILL THE DEPARTURE AND USE CONDITIONS, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
