Grietje was very welcoming and attentive, available to answer all our questions. The accommodation was spotless, functional, and well-equipped, with high-quality materials. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The villa is well-located, with numerous activities nearby within a 15-minute drive (hiking, Les Fonts d’Algar, Benidorm, El Castell de Guadalest, etc.).

Grietje was attentive throughout our stay. Villa Mustang is fantastic. It’s fully equipped and very tasteful. If there were one minor complaint, it would be about the size of the pool, which I think is a bit small. But honestly, you get used to it quickly; you have so much fun once you’re in there with the family.

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.
We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
