The villa has a living room with TV (TV Vlaanderen). On the same floor as the living room there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground level there is 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa can be rented with the use of 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms.

The fitted kitchen has an oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

We had a wonderful time at Grietje’s. The house is very well-equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We had a wonderful time around the pool, swimming, relaxing… Close to beaches and shops, very convenient. Grietje’s house is very beautiful and well-maintained with lovely interior spaces. The interior is also very welcoming and comfortable. We highly recommend it. The surroundings are very beautiful, and we discovered some lovely villages.

1. PAYMENT

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.

We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
