- PRICE
Inclusief:
Fully equipped accommodation, all underlying costs related to the holiday home (VAT, local taxes, community fees, tourist taxes…), sheets, towels, water, electricity, common parts, air conditioning (if any), final cleaning as well as maintenance and cleaning of the pools and gardens.
Excluded:
Extra beds, cots, baby chairs, extra cleaning, electricity €/kWh, administration fees and cancellation insurance.
The latter is not compulsory but highly recommended.
- PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
- CANCELLATION
Cancellation should be made by registered letter or mail.
In case of cancellation > 1 month before moving into the rented property: 25% of the total rental price will be charged to the tenants.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants’ expense.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants’ expense.
In case of a Covid – lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.
We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
- ARRIVAL
You can move into the holiday home between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
If it is impossible for you to check in at the mentioned time, we kindly ask you to contact us.
If you arrive after 20:00, you must pay an additional amount of €50.
5.Departure
Departure must take place before 10:00 am.
The holiday home must be left in the same condition as it was found.
The deposit will be refunded to the account one week after the departure date, after the condition of the holiday home has been checked.
The consumption of electricity will be deducted from this.
- DEPOSIT PAYMENT
This amount depends on the type of accommodation.
The deposit serves to guarantee that the holiday home, including the household goods, is properly used as a prudent and reasonable person and is also left in a decent condition upon departure. The value is further specified on the reservation form and is never credited unless the property has not been left as found. Clients must notify the office of any type of problem related to the vacation rental within the first 48 hours of their stay. In this way we can find a solution to these problems within the foreseeable future. If the above does not happen, it is assumed that the house is in perfect condition in the opinion of the tenants.
- FINAL CLEANING
The final cleaning is obligatory and must be paid at the latest when the keys are handed over. This amount is specified on the reservation form.
- ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
Extra bed: €85/week
Crib: €25/week
Baby seat: €25/week
Pets: €50/booking
Extra cleaning(s): €12.5/hour
- TERMS OF USE
The maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected.
From 00:00 it is forbidden to make a noise, in order to respect the sleep of the local residents. Unnecessary noise nuisance during the day is also not allowed.
One is expected to maintain the property with all accessories like a prudent and reasonable person.
If the above is not complied with, Rents by Grietje reserves the right to dissolve the contract with immediate effect.
Children are considered adults.
Pets are not allowed, subject to prior permission from the owner.
Waste must be deposited in the nearest designated containers.
If the gas has run out, the customers must notify this in order to refill the gas as soon as possible.
Water is scarce, please don’t waste it.
- IF THERE IS FAILURE TO FULFILL THE DEPARTURE AND USE CONDITIONS, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
