We had a wonderful stay.
The house is comfortable and functional, perfect for holidays.
We especially appreciated how clean the house was upon arrival.
The bedding is comfortable, and the beds are spacious!
Despite its proximity to the neighbourhood, the area is very peaceful.
Griet is very welcoming and was especially responsive and available throughout our stay.

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 25%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 75%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.
We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
